Warranty conditions:

Use / protection of your mattress
It is important to turn your baby mattress regularly from head to foot and to turn from top to bottom. For a good protection, we recommend using a good flannel under your (cover) sheet. For the bed base we advise you to use a mattress protector.

The bed base must be flat. Do you have a slatted base? Distance between slats no larger than 3 - 4 cm.
